First Day of School at LCCS

Today was the first day of school, and if you had asked me two weeks ago how I thought the first day of school would go I would have said terrible, but as of Sunday night the girls were so excited! This morning there was no whining or grumbles when I said it was time to get up, they just popped up and got in the shower!

And our big 1st grader Miss Abby with Mrs Young (if she looks familiar she was Hannah's teacher last year and we were super excited to have her again) and at her new desk in her big 1st grade room!

I can't believe I am a mom of 2ND graders and a 1st grader they seem to be growing up too fast!

Beach Fun!:)

We had such a great time at the beach! The older the girls get the more fun we have at the beach and then less stressful it is for me:) Lily's favorite thing was jumping in the waves, Hannah loves laying back in the tube, Chloe loved boogie boarding, and Abby loved building sand castles.

Horses

Hannah's last riding lesson was great! It was so nice and cool out so we all went to watch her (its been since before school got out) She is doing great and loving it! Here is Lily in her get up of the day jeans, a tee, a ballet skirt, rain boots, and a cowgirls hat! Lily has been asking Ms Janet to sit on Zipper for awhile so she finally got her chance and a ride too! She was in love and cried when it was time to get down! The girls are all wondering if she will be a rider like Hannah or a gymnast like Abby! I guess time will tell:)

"Swimming"

Oh Lily! She took a blanket and laid it our on the floor and it was her "swimmy pool" she had goggles on and had Abby and Fancy Nancy both put goggles on too, and they all went "swimmy" together. She even threw the rings in the "deep end" for Abby! This game lasted at least an hour!
